Liam and I would like to wish Cliff a very happy 40th birthday. So far we have managed to have a late breakfast, had baths and showers and watched four episodes of Star Trek (original series). And it's not yet 2pm. Perfect.

Happy birthday from me to! 40 eh! That's a dim memory for me and as good explanation as any of why I'm so crap at preparing for this bloody marathon. Another foot injury holding things up again. Perhaps I should face facts and grow old disgracefully. Oh, sorry, this was meant to be about you, wan't it?
